Completion
of internal development works: The Society had
undertaken to develop the infrastructure within
the periphery of alloted plot of 28.5 Acre land
pertaining to development of roads, storm water
drains, sewer system, electric substation, water
line for drinking water, parks, roadside greenery,
landscaping, Boundary Walls and Gates etc. After
completion, the reports were submitted to the Greater
Noida Authority to release the amount of Bank Guarantee
and to issue Completion Certificates for further
activities. Requests were also floated for providing
of water connection, drainage and sewer connection
at one point in bulk as per the prescribed terms
and conditions and authority. The Authority has
accordingly released the Bank Gurantee kept to ensure
completion of internal development works. We have
also been provided with water connection, drainage,
and sewer connection as per norms. Internal distribution
systems have already been developed and these services
would be extended further to the plot holders once
they undertake/complete construction of their houses
on their alloted plots as per the laid down norms
i.e. Greater Noida Building Regulation 2002.

Hading
over of possession of developed plots: We started
handing over of plots to members during the last
quarter of the year 2002 itself and by the end of
first quarter of the last year i.e. 2003, approx.
95% plots have been handed over to the membrs to
enable them to construct their houses within the
permissible time frame. We, through this Newsletter,
would like to request to the leftover members to
expedite to take over possession of their plots.
They should know that no extra time would be provided
for construction of their houses and members will
have to follow the instructions to complete the
construction of their houses within the permissible
time frame only. Members may accordingly refer our
Letter Circular dated 05/01/2003 on the subject
to prepare themselves for further activities on
priority to avoid any future complications.
