Despite the concrete efforts made by all societies, the GNIDA authorities have not agreed to extend the time limit beyond 12th October 2005 .GNIDA vide their letter No. Property/GHS/702 dated 23-8-06(Photocopy enclosed) intimated that limit for construction of House beyound 12th October,2005 will only be given if penalty is deposited individual member as per details given below.

1. For 1st Year (Oct,2006)	4% of total premium of land allotted by society to members @Rs. 1540/- per sqm (Rs. 61.60 per sqm)
2. For 2nd Year (Oct,2007)	6% of total premium of land allotted by society to members @Rs. 1540/- per sqm (Rs. 92.40 per sqm) (4+6=10%)
3.For 3rd Year (Oct , 2008)	8% of total premium of land allotted by society to members @Rs. 1540/- per sqm (Rs.123.20 per sqm) (4+6+8=18%)

The amount of penalty fee for late construction of house by individual member is Rs.1540/- per. plot-wise and year-wise details of penalty required to be deposited by individual member is enclosed as appendex-A

If the house is not constructed by individual member on his plot with in three years from 12th October, 2005, the allotment is likely to be cancelled.

2.MOTHER DAIRY-CUM -GROCERY SHOP:- You will be happy to know that general V.N.Wadhwa, Past President, NSG SAS Ltd inaugurated temporary mothary dairy-cum-grocery shop in its complex on 14-6-2006 to cater for the emergent requirement members/tenants living in the society. The shop is being run by the society and one employee, Jayachandra has been appointed to run the shop on payment of salary of Rs. 5,000/-per month. Though we were apprehending early losses, the sale has picked up considerably.

3.BEAUTIFICATION OF GATES AND GUARD ROOMS:- Keeping in view the demand of member black granite cladding on gates and guard rooms has been started to have a face lift of the gate No.1 has since been completed and on gate No .2 is in progress.
