On
completion of internal development work pertaining to Civil
Work(Road, Sewer, storm water drainage, connection for drinking
water etc), electrical work, constructions of electrical sub
station, boundary wall, gates etc, the following personnel
who were engaged in connection with this work, were employed
as under:-
(a)
Shri Ram Kumar, Project Engineer upto 15th Sept 2002
(Rs.
12,000/- per month plus conveyance charges and telephone charges
etc.)
(b)
Shri Mohd. Zubair, Junior Engineer upto 30th Sept 2002
(Salary
Rs. 7,000/- per month)

Shri
S P Dagar was appointed as Caretaker cum Estate Manager to look
after the NSG site at Greater Noida on salary of Rs.5,500/-per
month plus Rs. 600/- as conveyance and telephone charges with
effect from 01/10/2002. His services were terminated with effect
from 31st May,2003. |

persons who are working at Society office, New Delhi and the
site office(Greater Noida) are as under:-
a)
Shri P C Jain, Accountant (Pay increased from Rs.7,500/- per
month to Rs.8,000/- per month with effect from 01st December
2003.
b)
Shri Padam Singh, Chowkedar(Salary paid@ Rs. 2,700/-per month
with effect from 11th March 2002.
c)
Shri Rahim Akhtar, Gardener(Salary paid@ Rs.2,000/-with effect
from 18th November 2002.
d)
Two Security Guards including an armed Guard on total salary
of Rs. 7,700/- per month through Anupam Raksha Security Service.

of Society accounts for the year 2001-2002 and for submission
of return to Income Tax Department. |

paid to Shri Lalit Kumar Jain,Chartered Accountant for preparation
and to process the income tax return for the financial year
2002-2003 with the Income Tax Department. |

Rs.20,000/-
paid to Shri Lalit Kumar Jain,Chartered Accountant to arrange
refund of TDS amount from Income Tax Department of Rs. 1,01,362/-
for the financial year 2000-2001. |

Paid
Rs.5,000/-to Shri Lalit Kumar Jain, CA for preparation and submission
of TDS return for the year 2002-2003 with Income Tax Department. |

Publication
of advertisement in Hindi and English Newspapers to change
the address of NSG SAS Limited as per the directives given
by the Registrar of Societies, UP Government, Lucknow, an
expenditure of Rs.21,916/- was incurred for this work.

The
Internal Audit for the year 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 has been
carried out. The officials who carried out the audit work
were given nominal amount as Honorarium towards as an incentive
for the work done.

Shri
Mohd. Zubair, Junior Engineer, Civil was engaged as site Engineer.
He was paid salary of Rs.8,000/- per month with effect from
10th Feb 2004 to 28th Feb 2004, on which date he left for
Government employment.
